The Bower Family Dictionary

Every family has their own set of vocabulary that is most likely unknown to people outside the family. Here I will explain the definition of two such words.

The Bower Family Dictionary

Making Plate:(mayk-ing playt)-Plate used for nooking something in the microwave when the user does not want to use their own plate. Most uses imply the involvement of “wet food” from microwave condensation and the fact that the user does not want “wet food”.

Talkover:(tahk-oh-vehr)-Event when two parties stay up late to talk and then retire to their own rooms to sleep; see also sleepover.

Now your prepared. If you ever hear someone utter these profound words you won’t be in the dark as to what they are trying to say.
