Most of you probably assume I have a family, some of you might know my family. Among those in my family is my three year old brother William. ‘Williamisms’ can be defined as funny or insightful things William says. Enjoy these ‘Williamisms’.
1. William has a problem with being alone. Our family has reminded him time and time again that God is always with him. He seems to get the point. One night he needed to go to the bathroom. He got off his bed and turned to me as he opened the door. He said, “It’s ok Jace, God is with you.”
2. We recently went to a newly opened frozen yogurt shop. The shop had tables outside. Our family gathered around one. Near us was another family. One of the women had just a bit of gray in her hair and looked…older. William suddenly said, “That one’s the Grandma.” (Not too loudly.)
3. It is sort of a family tradition to post insightful things a family member says on the family Facebook page. After someone said something and we laughed William said, “Put it on Facebook!”
4. William is almost constantly asking me to play with him. Sometimes, when I am reading, he’ll say, “Come on, Jace, up on your foots.”
5. We recently went to a KOA pool with our good friends the Wryes. The Wryes Grandmother came too. She and William were playing around and she wisely advised him to keep his mouth shut when he swam, so as to keep the water out. He replied, “I can’t, I’m talking.”
Also just wanted to share some interesting slogans on church marquees.
“Need a Lifeguard? Our’s walks on water.”
“Ch ch
What’s missing?
ur.”

Add to that, his frequent grunts and cries of ‘hard work!’, while he RIDES up the hills behind my mom or dad’s bike.

Love it! My grandma and I were reading this and she could not stop laughing. :)
Today we (William and I) were waiting in our van for my mom and sisters. William asked how long they were going to be. I didn’t know, (you never can with mothers and sisters :)) so I said “I pray its not long.” (It was getting hot.) After a minute’s silence he said “Pray Jace.”

William has his vocabulary strait. Whenever someone says “that’s awesome” William counters with “No, only God is awesome!” When someone says “I love it!” William counters with, “No, we love people and like things.”:)
Another interesting roadside marquee (not a church mind you):”Stop. I need your money.” The store certainly did need the money because soon “Store for sale.” joined the above slogan. :)
He really is the best little guy ever. Once he came over to me and said “Priscilla, I’m weird” He then narrowed his eyes at me. He DID look weird.
I have seen the weird thing too it is funny he is a fun little guy love it
